Striker Sota Hirayama has been given the all-clear for his move to J. League first-division club FC Tokyo from Dutch side SC Heracles Almelo, the Japan Football Association said Thursday.
The JFA has received an international transfer certificate required for Hirayama to be registered as a J. League player by Friday's deadline after Heracles indicated its opposition to the move.
