Central League home run leader Lee Seung Yeop went deep twice and drove in three runs to lead the Yomiuri Giants to a 3-0 victory over the Hanshin Tigers on Thursday.

Lee hit a two-run shot in the first inning and added a solo drive in the third off Kei Igawa (11-9) to raise his season total to 39 while helping Yomiuri end Hanshin's seven-game unbeaten streak, including a tie. The South Korean slugger has hit five homers off the left-hander this season.

Gary Glover (5-7) scattered six hits, struck out six and did not walk a batter in 7 1/3 innings of work. Hisanori Takahashi closed out the game with a perfect ninth for his 11th save.
