Shuichi Murata and Yuki Yoshimura each homered and drove in three runs Thursday to help the Yokohama BayStars end their four-game skid with a 7-1 victory over the Hanshin Tigers.
Murata and Yoshimura hit back-to-back homers in the sixth inning after Yoshimura's two-run double in the fourth gave Yokohama the lead for good at 2-1 at the Central League game at Kyocera Dome.
Murata added a two-run double that capped a three-run seventh, providing run support for Yuji Yoshimi (2-6), who allowed a run and eight hits in eight innings with four strikeouts and a walk.
