YOKOHAMA -- It was a bittersweet return to Yokohama for Shunsuke Nakamura on Thursday.
The Celtic playmaker was made captain for the day in the friendly match against Yokohama F. Marinos but couldn't stop his former club inflicting an embarrassing 3-0 defeat on the visitors.
Celtic boss Gordon Strachan fielded a makeshift team for the only game of the Hoops' contentious four-day 18,000-km round trip, with only Nakamura and club captain Neil Lennon mainstays of the first team.
