NYON, Switzerland (AP) UEFA provisionally will allow AC Milan to play in the Champions League, pending a final decision next week.
UEFA said in a statement Thursday that Milan would be included in Friday's draw for the third qualifying round of the competition. A final decision will be made by next Wednesday.
Milan on Tuesday successfully appealed against a penalty it received in Italy's match-fixing scandal, which would have barred it from the Champions League.
