Osamu Hamanaka, Andy Sheets and Akihiro Yano each homered and the Hanshin Tigers piled on misery in an 11-0 blanking Friday, sending the beleaguered Yomiuri Giants to their 10th consecutive defeat for the first time in 31 years.

The Giants could only muster hits from Shinnosuke Abe, Takayuki Onishi and Takuya Kimura and fell to their 19th loss in 21 games. The club's worst record is an 11-game losing streak set in 1975 when Shigeo Nagashima was at the helm in his first year as manager.
