Cerezo Osaka said Wednesday that striker Yoshito Okubo will return to the J. League club after a disappointing loan spell with Spanish club Real Mallorca.
Cerezo made the announcement after receiving no offers from foreign clubs for the services of the 24-year-old Athens Olympic player, who has been left out of Mallorca's plans for the next season.
Okubo joined Mallorca in November 2004 on a six-month loan contract.
