Koki Kameda said Monday he will face Venezuelan Juan Landaeta for the vacant WBA light flyweight title on Aug. 2 at Yokohama Arena.

In his much-anticipated first world title match, the popular 19-year-old Kameda, ranked No. 2 in the world, will challenge top-ranked contender Landaeta as he aims for a goal of winning three world title weight divisions.

Kameda has a record of 11-0 with 10 knockouts while Landaeta, the former WBA minimumweight interim champion, is 20-3 (16 KOs) with one draw in 24 fights.
