With Astunori Inaba's fat bat in the No. 4 spot and Tomoya Yagi on the mound, the Hokkaido Nippon Ham Fighters didn't miss burly cleanup hitter Fernando Seguignol for a night as Inaba drove in three runs, leading Nippon Ham to a 5-2 win over the Yomiuri Giants on Thursday at Tokyo Dome.
Yagi (6-2) retired 10 of the first 11 batters he faced and was alert in shutting down the Giants, striking out three and giving up four hits in 6 2/3 innings.
