Ichiro Suzuki went 1-for-5 with a walk and a stolen base and Kenji Jojima was 1-for-4 as the Seattle Mariners edged the Los Angeles Angels 5-4 in 13 innings on Saturday.

Ichiro had an infield single to pitcher John Lackey in the fifth inning and stole second to lead the American League with 13 stolen bases, while Jojima singled to center off Francisco Rodriguez in the ninth and was replaced by pinch-runner Willie Bloomquist at Angel Stadium.

In his other at-bats, Ichiro struck out swinging twice, flied out to left and grounded out to the pitcher. Jojima also grounded out to third, struck out swinging and flied out to right.
