Kazuhiro Wada singled home the tiebreaking run in the bottom of the seventh inning and Shogo Akada and Alex Cabrera added the final blows Sunday as the Seibu Lions pulled off an 11-8 victory for a three-game sweep of the Yomiuri Giants in interleague play.

With the victory that handed the Giants their first three consecutive losses this season, the Lions leapfrogged the Nippon Ham Fighters into first place in the Pacific League standings.

Akada drew a walk leading off the bottom of the seventh and one out later Cabrera, who had a team-high five hits with two RBIs on the night, singled to left to put runners at the corners. Wada, who went 3-for-5 with three RBIs, then singled off Yuya Kubo (0-1) to give Seibu the lead for good at Invoice Seibu Dome.
