Tadahito Iguchi outperformed Ichiro Suzuki and former teammate Kenji Jojima on Tuesday, driving in a career-high four runs with a double and a homer to help the Chicago White Sox to a 13-3 drubbing of the Seattle Mariners.

Iguchi opened the scoring with a two-run double in a four-run third inning and added a two-run homer in the seventh to make it 11-0 as the White Sox pounded out 15 hits, including five homers, a night after the Mariners snapped their eight-game winning streak.

Iguchi ignited the rout with a line-drive to left that scored Scott Podsednik and Brian Anderson, who had stolen third and second when Iguchi swung and missed a pitch from Joel Pineiro in a hit-and-run attempt.
