Chicago White Sox second baseman Tadahito Iguchi went 1-for-4 on Friday, while hitting streaks ended for Seattle Mariners pair Ichiro Suzuki and Kenji Jojima.

Iguchi walked, struck out, singled to center and grounded out twice as the White Sox blew a 6-0 lead to drop their second straight game with an 11-7 loss to the Kansas City Royals at Kauffman Stadium.

"I don't think we've been playing very poorly," Iguchi said, referring to the lackluster start by the defending World Series champions, who are at 1-3 after four games in the regular season.
