Outfielder Ichiro Suzuki and catcher Kenji Jojima continued their torrid pace, both hitting safely in their fourth straight game since opening day in the Seattle Mariners' 6-2 victory over the Oakland Athletics on Thursday.

Suzuki singled to center in the first inning, reached on an infield single to second in the sixth and stole his first base of the season on a 2-for-5 night, helping the Mariners to their third straight win.
"I can see that the players are being more aggressive and the way we are approaching the game is totally different (than last season)," said Suzuki.
