Chicago White Sox second baseman Tadahito Iguchi went 1-for-3 with a double in a 10-9 loss to the Texas Rangers in a preseason game Friday.

Iguchi batted seventh in the lineup and doubled down the right-field line in the seventh for his first hit in three games after grounding out to shortstop in his previous two at-bats.
"After the groundouts, I thought the problem in my batting was a contact point and I did it right in my third at-bat," Iguchi said. "The regular season is just around the corner and I just want to move into high gear."
