The Chiba Lotte Marines have re-signed infielder Matt Franco and outfielder Val Pascucci, team representative Ryuzo Setoyama said Monday.
Franco posted a .300 average with 21 homers last season to help contribute to Lotte winning its first Japan Series title in 31 years, while Pascucci was limited to just 33 games.
Lotte outfielder Benny Agbayani is returning to the Pacific League team on a two-year deal.
