The Orix Buffaloes said Friday they have re-signed with outfielder Karim Garcia for an estimated 130 million yen in annual salary, down 30 million yen from last year.

Garcia hit .307 with a team-high 21 homers and 60 RBIs in 100 games in the 2005 season after playing in the major leagues for 10 years.

The Pacific League club has added two slugging infielders this offseason, former Yomiuri Giants veteran Kazuhiro Kiyohara and Norihiro Nakamura, who played for the Los Angeles Dodgers and their minor-league affiliate last year.
