Veteran ski jumper Masahiko Harada and Nagano Olympic gold medalist Tae Satoya were added to the Japanese national team Monday with just a month before the start of the Turin Winter Olympics, the Ski Association of Japan said.
Harada, who was a member of Japan's gold-medal winning team in Nagano in 1998, had been in a slump after the 2002 Salt Lake City Games but has rebounded with a steady effort and will take part in his fifth straight Olympics as one of 16 additional members.
