Yokozuna Asashoryu won his second straight match with a trademark Mongolian trick in a comeback from an opening-day upset defeat at the Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament on Tuesday.
Asashoryu got back to business as the grand champion wasted no time to hold the belt of Miyabiyama (1-2) with both hands and then sent the top-ranked maegashira tumbling to the dohyo on his back with a superb leg sweep at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan.
