Evina Maltsi scored a game-high 25 points as Greece blew past Japan in a 57-52 victory for a sweep of their three-game friendly series in women's basketball on Sunday.

Japan's Yuko Oga went 5-for-11 from the field and had 13 points for the hosts, who took a 30-25 lead at halftime before Greece rebounded to tie the game 43-43 in the third quarter at Hokkaido prefectural sports center.
