Teenage golf sensation Ai Miyazato flew to the United States on Wednesday to test herself for the first time since turning pro at the upcoming Kraft Nabisco Championship.
"I'm not going to set my expectations too high. I just want to try and see how far I can push myself," World Cup winner Miyazato said. Miyazato, along with Yuri Fudo, will take part in the March 24-27 event at Rancho Mirage as a sponsor's invitee.
The top two Japanese players in last season's money rankings were selected to play in the tournament.
