Shinji Ono was on target as Feyenoord staged a late comeback to salvage a 3-3 draw at home to leader PSV Eindhoven in the Dutch first division on Sunday.

PSV looked to be on its way to gaining three points as DaMarcus Beasley's 70th-minute goal gave the visitors a 3-1 lead with 20 minutes remaining.

But Ono gave Feyenoord hope when he pounced to slot past Heurelho Gomes in the 82nd minute after PSV had failed to clear its lines, and Bart Goor snatched an equalizer at the death to give Ruud Gullit's side a share of the spoils.

"I was lucky to score. I didn't think the ball would run loose so it's a good job I kept chasing it down," Ono said.

"We got a draw out of a match we were losing so I'm pleased about that."

Feyenoord is fourth in the table on 31 points, 11 behind pacesetting PSV.
