Michihiro Ogasawara, Fernando Seguignol and Shinji Takahashi homered to help power the Nippon Ham Fighters to a 12-4 victory over the second-place Seibu Lions in the Pacific League on Wednesday.

Tsuyoshi Shinjo's two-run single opened the scoring before Ogasawara hit a two-run blast and Nippon Ham sent nine batters to the plate in a six-run second inning at Seibu Dome.
Carlos Mirabal (10-9) allowed two hits in seven shutout innings while striking out seven and Seguignol connected for a switch-hit three-run shot, his 43rd homer this season, to extend the lead to 10-0 in a four-run fourth.
