Japanese Olympic officials are preparing an emergency manual for their athletes going to this summer's Athens Games.
The JOC said it had no plans to tighten security following Wednesday's bomb blasts in the Greek capital, and that the manual was intended to instruct athletes on how to act in case of an emergency.
