Brazilian striker Ueslei scored twice as Nagoya Grampus Eight brushed aside J. League leader Jubilo Iwata 5-2 in the second round of Nabisco Cup group-stage matches on Thursday.

Marques headed Nagoya in front after nine minutes before Jubilo, missing star striker Rodrigo Gral and a number of first-team regulars on national team duty, leveled through Sho Naruoka midway through the first half.

But two goals in the space of six minutes from last season's J. League top scorer Ueslei put Nagoya in control and Yusuke Nakatani and substitute Tetsuya Okayama both netted to kill off Iwata, which grabbed a late consolation from the penalty spot through Toshihiro Hattori.
