Kiichiro Miyamoto won his second consecutive crown in the men's platform discipline at the diving national championships on Sunday.
Miyamoto received 563.76 points in an impressive performance for the top honors at Tokyo Tatsumi International Swimming Center while Kotaro Miyamoto followed in second, collecting 522.33 points. Taishi Busujima came third with 478.92.
In the women's 1-meter springboard competition, junior high school student Erii Higuchi captured her first title behind a 221.04-point effort, upsetting Ryoko Nishii, who came second with 221.04.
