World superflyweight champion Masamori Tokuyama will be making his ninth title defense when two World Boxing Council title matches take place this summer in Yokohama, event organizers said Friday.
Tokuyama will take on challenger Katsushige Kawashima while Thai champion Eagle Kyowa, formerly called Eagle Akakura, will fight Satoshi Kogumazaka in his first title defense in the minimumweight division in the June 28 bout at Yokohama Arena.
