Japan's Jubilo Iwata, which has been placed in arguably the toughest group for the first stage of the 2004 Asian Football Confederations Champions League, announced on Friday the schedule for six of its matches in Group E.
Iwata, which qualified for Asia's premier club competition as last year's J. League champion, will face South Korean cup winner Chonbuk Motors at Seogwipo on Cheju Island, South Korea, on Feb. 11 and has another meeting scheduled with BEC Tero Sasana of Thailand at Yamaha Stadium in Iwata, Shizuoka Prefecture, on Feb. 25.
The J. League first division side will also play China's Shanghai Shenhua on April 6 and April 22 at Yamaha Stadium and Shanghai Hong Kou in Shanghai, Chonbuk Motors at Yamaha Stadium on May 12 and BEC Tero again on May 19 in Bangkok.
