Veteran infielder Kazuyoshi Tatsunami re-signed with the Chunichi Dragons on Friday for an unchanged annual salary of 250 million yen, plus a special bonus for reaching a career total of 2,000 hits last season.
"I want to be in good shape this year and am aiming to play in all 140 games," said the 34-year-old five-time Golden Glove winner, who struggled with a lower back injury last season.
