Yokozuna Musashimaru, who pulled out early from July's Nagoya tourney due to a nagging left wrist injury, said Monday he remains undecided whether to enter the upcoming Autumn Grand Sumo Tournament.
After locking horns 14 times mainly with newly promoted komusubi Toki and rank-and-file maegashira Asasekiryu and Kotomitsuki before Yokozuna Deliberation Council members at Tokyo's Ryogoku Kokugikan, the 32-year-old Samoan-born grand champion said, "I haven't decided yet (whether to enter the tournament).I still have a week (before the tourney begins)."
He had a 2-4 win-loss tally with nine rests in the Nagoya Grand Sumo Tournament.
