Kazuhiro Wada went 4-for-4, homering in consecutive at-bats, while driving home six runs for the Lions as Seibu downed the Chiba Lotte Marines 8-3 at Seibu Dome on Wednesday for their fourth straight win.
Seibu ace Daisuke Matsuzaka (11-4) went the distance on 114 pitches, walking none while striking out three. He gave up a solo homer to Tomoya Satozaki in the eighth -- eight hits all together -- for his first win since June 22.
Down 1-0 in the first inning, Seibu scored three runs on back-to-back RBI doubles by Wada and Alex Cabrera.
