Tuffy Rhodes continued his monster pace by hitting homers No. 21 and 22 to lead the Kintetsu Buffaloes to a 6-2 win over the Nippon Ham Fighters at Tokyo Dome on Tuesday night.
Rhodes blasted a three-run drive in the first inning and Naoyuki Omura added a solo shot for his second homer in as many games in the second. Rhodes added a solo dinger in the third for Kintetsu, which snapped a two-game losing streak.
Veteran Shinichi Kato (4-1) allowed two runs on six hits in seven innings for the win.
