Japan's Hideharu Miyahira capped an outstanding weekend when he soared to victory at the STV Cup International ski jumping meet Sunday.

Miyahira, who won the HTB International meet Saturday, nailed the day's longest jump of 139.5 meters on the K-120 Okurayama hill and followed up with a 129-meter effort to accumulate a winning total of 280.8 points for his first STV title.

Pekka Salminen of Finland had to settle for his second straight runnerup finish with 259.5 after jumps of 125 and 130 meters, while Noriaki Kasai, who landed jumps of 128 and 122 meters, followed in third.
