After giving up 29 runs in the last four games, the major league pitchers finally put on an All-Star display.
Philadelphia Phillies southpaw Randy Wolf held the Japanese All-Stars to one hit and a walk in six innings to lead the big leaguers to a 4-0 win in Game 5 of the Japan-MLB All-Star Series on Friday night before a crowd of 53,000 at the Tokyo Dome.
"I have such respect for all these guys having watched them the last four or five days," Wolf said. "I'm just honored to be a part of it and thrilled I could contribute."
