Japan, already assured of a place in next year's rugby World Cup in Australia, finished its qualifying campaign with a 120-3 demolition of Taiwan on Sunday.

Suntory winger Toru Kurihara scored six tries and set Japanese test records with 15 conversions and 60 points while Toyota Motor winger Ryohei Miki added four tries as unbeaten Japan claimed its fourth successive victory in Asian qualifiers.

Earlier, Japan posted a record 155-3 victory in the first leg against Taiwan in Tokyo. It sealed its fifth straight World Cup appearance by crushing South Korea 55-17 in Seoul last week.
