Nippon Ham may be struggling in the bottom half of the Pacific League standings, but they showed the pace-setting Seibu Lions on Thursday they still had some fight left.
D.T. Cromer launched a pair of home runs, including a three-run blast in the sixth inning, as the Fighters rallied to beat the Lions 7-5 at the Tokyo Dome.
"I just tried to stay relaxed when I came up to the plate and since we had a couple of guys on base, that really helped," Cromer said.
