OITA -- The Senegalese sensation is still going.
Following a surprising win over world champion France in the opening game of the tournament, World Cup debutante Sengal advanced to the quarterfinals after holding off Sweden 2-1 in sudden-death extra time thanks to Henri Camara's "golden goal" Sunday afternoon at Oita's Big Eye Stadium.
Senegal became the first African team to make the quarterfinals since Cameroon did it in 1990 in Italy.
