Having worked with Japan's World Cup squad since Tuesday, Japan coach Philippe Troussier expressed satisfaction with his players' attitude and their work ethic at the team's final preparation camp.
"Having trained in our final preparations since Tuesday, I really think that my choice was not incorrect," said Troussier in a press conference ahead of Saturday's friendly against Sweden, the final warmup game for the two World Cup finalists.
Taking questions for the first time since the squad was announced May 17, Troussier said the atmosphere of his squad is very positive.
