Seibu starter Tetsuya Shiozaki allowed one run on four hits over 5 1/3 innings while fanning seven for his first win since April 11 last season as the Lions beat the Nippon Ham Fighters 4-2 at the Seibu Dome on Saturday.
Trailing 1-0 in the fourth inning, the Lions took the lead on RBI singles by Tsutomu Ito and Kazuo Matsui.
In the fifth, Alex Cabrera and Kazuhiro Wada hit consecutive RBI singles as Seibu widened the lead.
Closer Kiyoshi Toyoda worked the ninth, striking out two for his fifth save.

Naoyuki Omura doubled home the go-ahead run in the seventh inning as Kintetsu edged Lotte at the Osaka Dome.
With the game tied 1-1 in the seventh, Omura hit an RBI double before pinch hitter Yosuke Takasu added another run for Kintetsu with an RBI double.
Akira Okamoto (2-0) picked up the win, pitching two scoreless innings of relief.
