A top Brazilian soccer official has criticized the organization for this summer's World Cup, saying Brazil should get two trophies if they can claim their fifth world title at the finals in Japan and South Korea.

Brazilian Soccer Confederation (CBF) supervisor Americo Faria has just returned from Japan where he attended a workshop held by soccer's world ruling body FIFA to study the organization for the May 31-June 30 competition.

"I have never seen anything like this. It will be like playing two cups at the same time. If we win, we will deserve two trophies" Faria said.

"This will be the snail cup because the delegations will seem to be carrying their home on their back during all the traveling they will face," Faria told the daily Folha de Sao Paulo.

Faria said in previous World Cups, based in a single country, teams sometimes played every game in one city, or faced less than half the trips they will face in Japan and South Korea.

"The most critical point is transportation because South Korea and Japan have different systems," Faria said.

He added he was worried about the long distances between airports and train stations and the hotels that will host the delegations and asked questions about FIFA's organization for the competition.

Brazil will play in seven different cities if the yellow-and-green team reaches the final at the International Stadium Yokohama.
