The 39th All-Japan Rugby Union Championship will be a repeat of the company final following the two semifinals played on Sunday.
At Hanazono Stadium in Osaka, Kobe Steel defeated Kubota 38-10 to reach its fourth successive final, while at Chichibunomiya Stadium in Tokyo, Suntory beat a spirited Toyota team 22-19.
The same two teams met in last year's final with the trophy being shared following a 27-27 draw. With Suntory having beaten the Steelers 50-31 in the corporate final, next Sunday's game will have even more edge to it.
