The Japanese World Cup Organizing Committee will receive applications for World Cup ticket holders to change the names on their tickets from Monday through Feb. 15 -- but only for those who have valid reasons.
The changes can be made for cases such as death, illness and pregnancy.
Application forms are available through a fax service (at 03-5426-5531, for 24 hours) until noon on Feb. 15. Enclosed with the form, the applicants are also required to submit photocopies of letters to prove their reasons for their request of change and to identify themselves by post to the JAWOC Ticket Center, not later than Feb. 15.
