Oji Paper got goals from five different players Monday afternoon as they skated to a 5-2 victory over the Kokudo Bunnies in the final of the All-Japan Ice Hockey Championship at Tokyo's Yoyogi Arena.
Oji dominated the game, outshooting the defending JIHL league champion 34-20. Three of Oji's goals were scored on the power play.
Yasunori Iwata led the Oji charge with a goal and an assist, while Russian defenseman Sergei Bautin and Makoto Kawashima each had a pair of helpers.
Earlier, the Nippon Paper Cranes got two goals and an assist from Masashi Satoh as they beat Seibu 6-2 to take third place.
