The Nippon Ham Fighters have acquired Atlanta Braves right-hander Chris Seelbach for an annual salary of $500,000, Nippon Ham president Takeshi Kojima said Wednesday.
Seelbach, 28, has an 0-1 record with an 8.38 ERA in seven games with the National League club over the last two seasons, while going 7-7 with a save for Triple-A Richmond this past season.
