Olympic champion Funaki followed with 238.3 points after traveling 122 and 121.5 meters as he remained on a recovery track following a disastrous season with his sixth-straight finish in the top six in this season's World Cup circuit.

Hannawald, who nailed the day's longest leap of 136 meters on his second attempt, claimed his first victory of the season and the seventh in his career with a total of 277.4 points.

Malysz, who has won two events this season, earned 266.1 points and Goldberger received 241.8.
