Yokohama F. Marinos coach Sebastiao Lazaroni has agreed on an extended deal with the J. League first-division club until the end of next season, Yokohama officials said Wednesday.
Former Brazil national coach Lazaroni took over in the middle of July with the preseason J. League title favorites languishing in the relegation zone but secured top flight status for next year on the last league game of the season.
