Domingo Martinez' second home run of the night gave Yomiuri the go-ahead run as the Giants propelled past the Yakult Swallows for the second straight game, 5-4 at the Tokyo Dome on Saturday.
Giants starter Koji Uehara was chased for four runs in two-plus innings, but six Yomiuri relievers held Yakult scoreless the rest of the way as the Giants homered their way back into the game.
Rookie hurler Takashi Miura pitched two innings in relief for the win.
