Yakult slugger Roberto Petagine belted his Central League-leading 24th and 25th home runs as the Swallows edged the Yomiuri Giants 7-6 at the Tokyo Dome on Tuesday.
The Giants have one more win than Yakult has, but the Swallows are atop the CL standings by virtue of a better winning percentage.
Yakult took a 2-0 lead on a homer by Atsunori Inaba in the first inning off Yomiuri starter Darrell May (6-4).
