Seibu's Hisashi Takayama and Kazuo Matsui belted two homers each and five hurlers blanked the Fighters as the Lions beat Nippon Ham 10-0 at the Seibu Dome on Sunday.
The Lions got on the scoreboard in the fifth on a solo home run by Tetsuya Kakiuchi. Leading 2-0 in the seventh, second-year pro Takayama drilled his first-career roundtripper -- a solo blast -- and Matsui added two more runs with his 13th homer of the year to put Seibu up 5-0.
In the eighth, Seibu got five more runs on a three-run dinger by Takayama and a two-run shot by Matsui.
