Southpaw Ed Yarnall tossed three-hit ball over seven innings as the Orix BlueWave demolished Daiei 10-2 Wednesday at Fukuoka's Kitakyushu Municipal Stadium.
Yarnall walked four and struck out 10 batters to pick up his first win in two appearances with the BlueWave.
Orix took the lead on a Koichi Oshima two-run double in the third inning, then added three more runs in the fifth on George Arias' three-run homer off Daiei starter Brady Raggio (7-2).
